Customer Support Information During the Christmas Period

Please note that because most of the team will be taking a short break over the Christmas period, there won’t be anyone in the office or the boutique from Tuesday 23rd December until Monday 5th January.

For VIP seller's items, in order to receive your purchase in time for Christmas, we recommend that you order before noon Friday 19th December. The final dispatch date from the boutique for VIP seller's items will be noon Tuesday 23rd December. You may still shop online after this time, however we will not be able to dispatch your item until we return on Monday 5th January.

For Individual & business seller's items, please contact the seller directly for more information regarding delivery timescales.

Please be aware there may be times where we cannot reply to your message within 48 hours but we will endeavour to do so where-ever we can.
