Please note that because most of the team will be taking a short break over the Christmas period, there won’t be anyone in the office or the boutique from Wednesday 23rd December until Monday 4th January.
Since we will have limited access to emails during this time the best place to contact us if you have an urgent query is via our customer support email: firstname.lastname@example.org. The desk will be manned throughout the holiday period and we will do our best to respond to queries within 24 hours.
If you are making a purchase please note that for Managed Sellers (available in store) items the final dispatch date will be noon Wednesday 23rd December. You may still shop online after this time, however we will not be able to dispatch your item until we return on Monday 4th January.
For Individual & business seller's items, please contact the seller directly for more information regarding delivery times but please expect deliveries to take longer over the festive period.
